Some of your baby's very first friends might be here. And you just might find a few of your first mom friends, too. 🤍

First Friends is a welcoming five-week gathering where moms and their babies can connect, share experiences, and build genuine friendships during the early months of motherhood.

Through relaxed, thoughtfully guided conversations with the same small group each week, moms can find connection, encouragement, and a sense of community. There's no formal curriculum or pressure to participate in a certain way—just a comfortable space to show up as you are, with your little one by your side.

Full-series registration is required to give friendships time to grow naturally.

Meet Your Host

Hosted by Vivian Speen, IBCLC, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, former maternity nurse, and mom of two. Vivian brings years of experience supporting new families and a personal understanding of early motherhood.

All moms and feeding journeys are welcome!
