Mini & Me Pilates

This Mini & Me Pilates class is designed to support caregivers through a 35-minute, all-levels Pilates session that is both prenatal and postpartum friendly. Led by Sam Shay, certified Pilates instructor and mom, this class focuses on intentional movement, rebuilding strength, and reconnecting with your body in a way that feels supportive and approachable.

Little ones are welcome to participate throughout class, with baby-wearing encouraged for younger babies. The environment is relaxed and understanding of the realities of motherhood, allowing you to move at your own pace while tending to your child as needed.

Following the Pilates session, families are invited to stay for 40 minutes of open play designed for children ages 0–4. This extended time allows little ones to explore while caregivers connect, unwind, and build community with others in a similar season of life.

Led by Sam Shay (@hey_samshay), whose work centers on motherhood, movement, and mindset, this experience offers a thoughtful balance of self-care and connection for both you and your child.

Note: All guests should bring their own mats and anything that would make their little ones comfortable (snacks, carrier, blanket, etc.)
