Tiny Milestones: A Baby & Me Class

Tummy time, baby milestones, play, and support for moms too 🤍
For babies ages 0–crawling
Thursdays at 11:30 AM

Designed for babies ages 0–crawling and their grown-ups, Tiny Milestones: A Baby & Me Class is a cozy, supportive class focused on early baby development, tummy time, milestones, sensory play, and simple activities to support your baby’s growth in the earliest months.

Led by a maternal health occupational therapist, each week includes developmentally appropriate play ideas, tummy time techniques, milestone guidance, and practical tools you can easily incorporate at home using simple toys and everyday items.

There is time to practice with your baby, ask questions, and connect with other caregivers navigating a similar season. While baby development is at the heart of the class, we also create space for honest conversation, encouragement, and support for the grown-ups too.

This class is not about doing things perfectly. It’s about learning simple tools, building confidence, supporting your baby’s development, and finding connection in the early months.

✨ Stay & Play Included
Families attending Tiny Milestones are welcome to stay and enjoy our indoor or outdoor play space until 1:30 PM following class. Stay for connection, tummy time, feeding, conversation, or simply a change of scenery with your little one.

$25 per class✨

Use code NEWMOM for $5 off your first class!

Note:
Our Summer Tiny Milestones Class Passes are officially sold out for the season. However, you're still welcome to join us as a drop-in! Drop-in registrations are available for any class with open space and can be booked individually at the standard drop-in rate. Since classes often fill in advance, we recommend reserving your spot early. We can't wait to welcome you and your little one back this summer! 🤍

Led by Blair Herring, MS, OTR/L, maternal health occupational therapist, mom of three, and passionate advocate for helping moms feel calm, confident, and supported in early motherhood.
