Overview
This class is designed for moms and babies ages 6–12 months, offering a supportive space to connect, learn, and feel confident as your baby grows and changes.
Each session begins with a simple introduction and a short mindfulness or breathing exercise to help you slow down and feel more grounded. From there, we dig into your burning questions and explore weekly topics like starting solids, sitting, pre-crawling, and pre-walking, using simple toys and everyday items to show easy ways to support your baby's development.
There is time to practice with your baby, ask questions, and connect with other moms. As the group builds, we also create space to share what's been challenging and support one another — including the adjustment to life as a mom now that the fourth trimester is behind you.
We end each class with a simple closing moment to help you leave feeling calm, confident, and connected. This class is not about doing things perfectly. It's about learning simple tools, building confidence, and finding support as your baby moves into this next stage.
